Qualifications:
A recent graduate with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field
Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
Internship or on-the-job training in I.T. is a plus, but not required

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues
Support daily I.T. operations such as system updates, account setup, and maintenance tasks
Provide first-level technical support to employees (onsite and remote)
Help maintain and organize I.T. equipment and inventory
Learn and apply security and data protection best practices
Participate in I.T. projects, documentation, and process improvement initiatives
Receive ongoing training and mentorship to build your skills and technical knowledge
